Our Skills
Instruction manuals must be precise and easy to understand. In order to make manuals with these qualities, it is important to not only have knowledge of the product, but also to have the following abilities:
- the ability to analyze the needs of the target audience
- the ability to create documents which convey information within the given word limit
- the ability to construct manuals from the user's point of view
We believe that the users should be able to find the information they need easily, and not become frustrated in the process. We also believe that the visual aspects of instruction manuals are equally important.
Through the effective use of illustrations and photographs, we can generate customer interest in the product, and explain the product's features. We believe in keeping the visual design simple, so that it is as easy to understand as possible.
We are always thinking about how we can generate customer interest manuals, which also show the manufacturers in the best possible light.
