General Work Flow

  Our salesperson or director will talk with you about the job details (the estimated cost, schedule, etc.). After that, we suggest a production schedule and delivery form for the manual.

  

• Planning/Designing

  After defining a concept and measurable goals, we make a plan or grand design for your website. We also analyze other companies in the same trade, and apply the results to the website.

  

• Grand Design/Writing/Construction

  Our web designers make your ideas into a reality, and our web writers organize information, and create the contents.
  We use these contents to construct a website according to the plan and design.

  

• Submitting a Rough Design

  We explain the design concept to you.
  If you have any requests, we modify the design according to these requests.

• Data Construction

  We start writing content and code based on the website design.
  We have a production environment which can handle various languages and types of software.

• Checking data/Proofreading

  We test and proofread the manual in a testing environment equivalent to what the website users will have, and use feedback from this to improve the data.

  

• Submitting Interim Data

  If additional corrections are necessary, we revise the production schedule flexibly.
  We repeat steps 3 to 7 as necessary.

• Multi-Language Translation/Proofreading

  If you need a translation, you can rely on us. We can handle translation into more than 30 languages through cooperation with our foreign branches.
